As a health care facility, we have an obligation to serve our patients while at the same time doing our best to limit the spread of contagious illnesses.
We are open for scheduled appointments only. Please call us or use our website contact form to schedule a time to come in. We are also providing curbside services for hearing aid cleanings, repairs and supply pick up.
The health and safety of our patients and staff is our priority.

When attending an appointment at Southwestern Hearing Center, you will be asked to please adhere to the following:
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time for check-in and paperwork.
- Call from your vehicle for check-in:

- If you do not have a cell phone, we ask you to knock on our front door.
- Wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose for the entire appointment.
We have instituted internal policies to limit patient and staff exposure to illness by:
- Increasing our already rigorous cleaning and sanitization protocols.
- Providing additional hands-free sanitization stations throughout our practice.
- Monitoring the health and wellbeing of our staff and providers.
We will do our best to accommodate the needs of our patients and continue to provide the exceptional care you expect.
To reduce your risk of any infection, we recommend taking the following precautions:
- Wash your hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
