At first, you probably won\u2019t be able to wear them all day long, as you\u2019ll need to give yourself time to readjust to hearing all the sounds around you. Start with just a few hours and slowly build up until you\u2019re wearing them all waking hours.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Do <\/strong>clean your hearing aids every night. This is essential to keep them in good working order. First, wipe them down with a soft, dry, clean cloth, then use a wax pick\/wire loop to remove stubborn debris.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Do <\/strong>open the battery door at night.
