Please call us or use our website contact form to schedule a time to come in. We are also providing curbside services for hearing aid cleanings, repairs and supply pick up.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The health and safety of our patients and staff is our priority.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Please take a moment to read our health and safety procedures prior to your visit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When attending an appointment at Southwestern Hearing Center,&nbsp;you will be asked to please adhere to the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time for check-in and paperwork.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Call from your vehicle for check-in:&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>If you do not have a cell phone, we ask you to knock on our front door.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose for the entire appointment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/swent_covid_protocol_handout_v1-1-scaled-1.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>We have instituted internal policies to limit patient and staff exposure to illness by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increasing our already rigorous cleaning and sanitization protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Providing additional hands-free sanitization stations throughout our practice.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the health and wellbeing of our staff and providers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We will do our best to accommodate the needs of our patients and continue to provide the exceptional care you expect.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To reduce your risk of any infection, we recommend taking the following precautions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wash your hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid close contact with people who are sick.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As a health care facility, we have an obligation to serve our patients while at the same time doing our best to limit the spread of contagious illnesses.
